About the role

We're hiring a Technical Recruiter to help us find the people who build Conquer AI's future. You'll own the pipeline from sourcing through offer and you will handle all recruitment efforts within your region to build out our local hubs.

Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates for technical and consultancy roles. Manage the candidate journey and keep communication sharp throughout. Partner with hiring managers to understand what good looks like for each role. Keep pipeline data accurate and up to date. Help shape hiring process as the company scales.

What we are looking for

Experience recruiting for technical or consultancy roles. Strong instincts for assessing candidates beyond the CV. Excellent communication and follow-through with candidates and hiring managers. Comfortable working at pace across multiple open roles. Interest in AI and the kind of talent it takes to build it.
