Recruitment Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a two-month engagement specifically intended to support the fulfillment of overflow roles and talent pooling for accounting and construction positions that require immediate assistance. The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process using Zoho Recruit (or a similar CRM), sourcing high-matching candidates, and maintaining excellent communication with internal stakeholders and clients.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).

● Work closely with Australian clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

● Utilize Zoho Recruit for candidate management, job postings, and reporting.

● Maintain accurate and timely recruitment records and reports.

● Coordinate with internal operations and HR teams for onboarding and compliance.

● Build and maintain talent pipelines for accounting and/or construction roles.

● Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and administrative processes.

● Attend the daily recruitment huddle (Monday to Thursday) and internal check-ins as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

● Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

● 2-4 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.

● AU client experience is required.

● Experience using Zoho Recruit or a similar recruitment CRM is required.

● Proven experience hiring for accounting and finance roles.

● Strong administrative and coordination skills.

● Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.

● Strong attention to detail, time management, and client service mindset.

● Ability to work independently from home with reliable internet and workspace setup.

● Proven experience recruiting for Australian accounting and/or construction roles will be prioritised.

● Proficiency in using AI tools (eg. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot) to support recruitment workflows.

WORK ARRANGEMENT

● Independent Contractor (IC) engagement.

● 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
