About the Role This is a high-performance, target-driven recruitment position focused on hiring interpreters across multiple languages. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels. Conduct virtual interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets. Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates. Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources. Experience in high-volume recruitment is highly preferred. Experience in the BPO, staffing, or language services industry is a strong advantage. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
