Job Responsibilities: Managing workforce planning requests and recruitment requisitions Creating and publishing job advertisements through ATS, job boards, and the Magna Career Site Proactively sourcing candidates using databases, LinkedIn, and recruitment campaigns Screening applications and conducting phone interviews Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates Preparing employment offers and recruitment documentation Supporting Talent Acquisition reporting and recruitment analytics Coordinating employer branding activities and recruitment marketing campaigns Building strong relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across Europe Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Requirements: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement. Thorough understanding of hiring and staffing practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
