Recruitment Partner (Data & Transformation)

As a 12-month parental leave cover, you'll lead a team of four recruiters responsible for supporting the client's transformation agenda through the attraction and hiring of critical talent across Data, Business Analysis and Project Management disciplines.
This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing team leadership with personal delivery. As a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you'll influence hiring strategy, provide market insights, and drive talent outcomes that support the organisation's strategic priorities.
You will partner closely with stakeholders to deliver strong hiring outcomes across a diverse portfolio of specialist and strategic.
You will build strong credibility with stakeholders, take ownership of your portfolio, and deliver with a high degree of accountability. You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex environment and excel at building trusted relationships across both business and technical functions.
You will also bring a proactive, market-informed approach, using innovative sourcing strategies and talent insights to identify and engage top talent while continuously enhancing both the candidate and stakeholder experience.

What You Offer
- Proven experience recruiting across Data, Business Analysis, Transformation and Project Management
- Experience hiring for roles such as Data Analysts, Data Governance, Data Architecture, Business Analysis, Finance or Finance Transformation or related specialist disciplines
- Strong track record delivering end-to-end recruitment within a large, complex, enterprise, financial services, or professional services environment
- Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing recruitment teams to achieve hiring objectives and business outcomes
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against competing deadlines
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organisation
- Experience partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver strategic talent outcomes
- A consultative mindset, with the ability to provide market insights, recruitment intelligence, and talent advisory support
- Strong sourcing capability, with experience identifying and engaging passive talent across competitive markets
- Passion for candidate engagement, with a strong focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience
