Red Hat OpenShift Specialist (SME)

Role: Red Hat OpenShift Specialist – SME Experience: 8–15+ years Location: Kraków (Hybrid) (2 days Office/3 days Remote) We are looking for an experienced Red Hat OpenShift SME to design, deploy, and manage enterprise Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on expertise in OpenShift 4.x , cluster administration, automation, security, and performance engineering across hybrid or multi‑cloud environments. Key Responsibilities Deploy, manage, and upgrade OpenShift clusters (on‑prem & cloud). Build automation using Ansible, GitOps (ArgoCD), Helm, Tekton/Jenkins . Implement cluster security (RBAC, SCCs, policies, secrets). Configure monitoring & logging (Prometheus, Grafana, EFK). Troubleshoot cluster, networking, storage, and performance issues. Act as SME for architecture, best practices, and stakeholder guidance. Required Skills Strong expertise in OpenShift/Kubernetes , RHEL, networking, and storage. Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP deployments (ROSA/ARO preferred). Knowledge of Operators, Service Mesh, CI/CD pipelines, container registries. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Certifications Red Hat Certified Specialist (EX280) RHCA, CKA, CKAD (plus)
