Requirements:

-Experience: Proven experience in a VIP role within the iGaming industry (casino/sportsbook);

-Communication: English and Russian knowledge - from B2, exceptional interpersonal skills for managing high-stakes client relationships;

-Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze player data and create tailored strategies;

-Flexibility: Availability for weekend or shift work, as VIP players are active outside regular business hours;

-Communication skills: knowledge of Russian and English

Responsibilities:

-Proactively engage high-value clients via phone, email, and chat to build long-term relationships;

-Retention & Growth: Identify, retain, and reactivate dormant VIP players to minimize churn and maximize lifetime value;

-Tailored Promotions: Create, launch, and manage personalized bonuses, gifts, and exclusive offers;

-Data Analysis: Use CRM tools to monitor player activity, identifying trends and risks;

-Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with CRM, payments, marketing, and risk teams to ensure a seamless experience.
