Reels Creator

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Reels Creator to develop engaging short-form video content that strengthens our brand presence and connects with target audiences across social media platforms. This role combines storytelling, visual creativity, trend awareness, and performance-driven content production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, script, film, and edit engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos

• Create content that aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and audience interests

• Research social media trends, popular formats, sounds, hashtags, and emerging content styles

• Develop creative hooks, storyboards, scripts, and shot lists for video concepts

• Capture and edit high-quality video content using mobile devices, cameras, and editing software

• Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, and social media teams to plan content calendars

• Produce content for product launches, promotions, educational campaigns, behind-the-scenes features, and brand storytelling

• Adapt content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video platforms

• Use captions, text overlays, transitions, music, voiceovers, and visual effects to improve engagement

• Manage multiple video projects from concept through production, editing, approval, and publishing

• Monitor content performance, including views, reach, watch time, engagement, and conversions

• Use performance insights and audience feedback to improve future content strategies

• Stay current with platform updates, content policies, creator trends, and best practices

Requirements:

• 3+ year of experience creating short-form video content, social media content, or digital marketing assets

• Demonstrated experience creating Instagram Reels or similar short-form videos

• Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and video storytelling

• Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software

• Experience with filming, lighting, audio recording, framing, and basic production techniques

• Strong creative judgment and attention to detail

• Ability to write concise scripts, captions, hooks, and calls to action

• Ability to appear on camera or direct talent when required

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to manage feedback and deliver high-quality content on deadline

• Portfolio or examples of published short-form video content required
