Role Definition

We’re looking for a Referral and Organic Manager to own and optimize our Referral and Organic acquisition channels, driving sustainable growth in registrations and new active depositors.

You’ll take ownership of the full acquisition journey, from initial engagement to first deposit, with a focus on improving conversion rates, player quality, and channel profitability. Working closely with CRM, Product, and Engineering, you’ll use data, experimentation, and a strong understanding of player behavior to turn acquisition opportunities into measurable business results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive sustainable growth across both channels, tracking registrations, FTDs and conversion rates with growth and acquisition efficiency as primary KPIs.
  • Identify and address drop-off points across Referral and Organic journeys, from landing pages and registration through first deposit, working closely with CRO, Product, and Engineering to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage RAF budgets, incentive costs, and promotional spend while monitoring Organic acquisition performance and player quality.
  • Analyze traffic sources, player behavior, funnel performance, and conversion trends, comparing channel performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop hypotheses, coordinate experiments, and evaluate results across Referral and Organic journeys, including registration flows, landing pages, offers, and promotional mechanics.
  • Identify high-value player segments, grow the active referrer base, and collaborate with CRM to develop targeted campaigns that improve registration-to-deposit conversion and player engagement.
  • Define eligibility, incentives, reward structures, and abuse prevention rules to ensure sustainable program growth.
  • Design and optimize Referral and Organic offers, messaging, and seasonal campaigns based on player segments, performance insights, and acquisition objectives.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Product, Engineering, and other teams to prioritize improvements, align traffic quality with conversion performance, and scale both channels sustainably.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-6 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, CRM, or organic acquisition marketing, ideally within iGaming, fintech, or a similar industry.
  • Hands-on experience managing referral and organic acquisition channels, optimizing user journeys, and improving conversion from registration to first deposit.
  • Experience with referral programs, loyalty initiatives, or incentive-driven acquisition, with an understanding of player behavior, engagement, and bonus abuse prevention.
  • Strong lifecycle and CRM expertise, including designing and evaluating acquisition, conversion, and reactivation journeys.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience tracking acquisition performance, conversion funnels, player quality, and unit economics - beyond registrations and traffic volumes.
  • Experience with CRO, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics to identify friction points and improve conversion rates.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and CRM to define requirements, prioritize opportunities, and deliver growth initiatives.
  • Experience with Smartico, GA4, or similar CRM and behavioral analytics tools is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and discretionary performance bonus.
  • Premium private health insurance, including dental care.
  • €50 monthly flexible benefits allowance.
  • Up to 25 days of paid annual leave.
  • Hybrid working, including 1 work-from-home day per week.
  • Opportunity to grow and have a real impact in a fast-moving international company.
  • A collaborative environment where ownership, ideas and new ways of doing things are encouraged.

If you’re looking for a place where you can make an impact, take ownership and grow alongside the business, we’d love to hear from you.
