As part of the Regional Construction Practice, you’ll support client servicing, broking, and business development activities in a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will: Assist with client portfolio management and day-to-day servicing Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision makers Support the preparation of client deliverables, including briefing notes, placement documents, coverage summaries, and RFP responses Contribute to client and prospect presentations and attend meetings to support business development Assist in the design and placement of reinsurance programs for large and complex construction projects Help gather, review, and compare reinsurance terms and coverage options Liaise with reinsurers to negotiate terms and secure appropriate solutions for clients Support timely and accurate processing of invoices, premium calculations, policy documentation, certificates, and related records Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes Continue developing your technical knowledge and professional expertise This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within the insurance industry while gaining exposure to major construction risks and regional markets. A fresh graduate or a recent graduate. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Management or a relevant field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships High levels of organization, self-motivation, and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel across the region when required What makes you stand out?
