- Present and negotiate commercial proposals, supporting partners from initial conversation through onboarding.
- Deliver product and performance training that helps partners succeed.
- Plan productive dealer visits and maintain accurate forecasts, activity records and reports in Salesforce.
- Work with internal teams to resolve partner queries and maintain agreed standards and Terms of Business.
- Develop your knowledge of the market, competitors and emerging commercial opportunities.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in automotive industry is essential – preferably a regional or territory based position.
- Experience within warranties, insurance, finance or regional sales would be a benefit.
- Experience building client relationships and contributing to new business or account growth.
- Commercial awareness and confidence using data to make decisions and identify opportunities.
- Clear communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- An organised, self-directed approach to managing a territory and diary.
- Confidence working independently while collaborating with colleagues and partners.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Northern England.
- Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is helpful but not essential.

- Flexible working arrangements
- Performance bonus scheme
- Company car, laptop and phone
