If this sounds like the position for you, keep reading to learn more! WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS OUR REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES? Each day as our Regional Director of Clinical Services, you oversee consult service deployment across states, collaborate with executives and physician specialists on strategy, monitor quality and productivity dashboards, ensure regulatory compliance, lead audits and RCAs, guide onboarding and workforce development, manage schedules and consult distribution, and align clinical operations with MedCap's long-term goals. WHEN WILL YOU WORK? This is a full-time position requiring approximately 20% travel across service regions. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES? Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing (multi-state preferred) 10+ years of NP experience in PALTC, SNF, or LTACH settings 5+ years of experience in leadership, education, or program development Clinical background in cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, or infectious disease Proven success in building and leading NPP teams Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, documentation standards, and value-based care Proficiency with EHR systems, dashboards, and care coordination platforms Preferred Qualifications: A Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) is strongly preferred MEDCAP HEALTH: WHO ARE WE?
