Are you a fully chartered Surveyor holding your MRICS, looking for a Director-level Project Management position in a market-leading construction company, where you will be the technical go-to for a variety of multi-million-pound construction projects, in a high-stakes role, offering extensive company benefits?

On offer is the chance to join a highly successful construction company specialising in the newbuild and commercial sector. Formed over 50 years ago, this company has seen continuous growth to where they now employee over 200 people.

In this role, you will be managing multiple projects ranging from £5-500 million, along with winning new business, solidifying important relationships and building and leading the team around you.

This role would suit a chartered Surveyor holding your MRICS, looking to take a Director-level Project Management position, where you will be responsible for running multi-million-pound construction projects, whilst reaping the benefits of a large benefits package including but not limited to hybrid working, a bonus scheme and a generous car allowance.

The Role

• Project manage multi-million-pound construction projects
• Promote the business for new and existing clients, supporting marketing as required
• Travelling to site as required
• Mon - Fri (Hybrid Position)

The Person

• Fully Chartered Surveyor holding MRICS
• Background in Project Management
• Full UK Drivers license
