Is this job info correct?

Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way. The role and team: The New Business & Market Expansion team transitions early-stage commerce initiatives into scalable, high-margin Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Digital E-commerce business units. Operating as the organization’s Strategic Growth Engine, we bridge the gap between experimental concepts and stable global revenue. Distinct from traditional strategy teams, we act as a hands-on operating unit with P&L responsibility across three core portfolios: Established Route Expansion, Emerging Commerce Innovation, and B2B Commerce Transformation. Our mandate is to take net-new commerce opportunities from zero-to-one and operate them directly until they achieve the operational maturity required to hand over to regional core business teams. As the Regional E-Commerce Manager, DTC Expansion, you are the primary operational architect for our geographic expansion and new route-to-market initiatives. You are responsible for the tactical deployment and end-to-end execution of new commerce entries across the AP and IMEA regions—moving ventures seamlessly from initial zero-to-one setup through the critical incubation phase. You hold direct P&L accountability for these expansion channels during their incubation lifecycle, managing a hybrid team of internal cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to deliver revenue, margin, and localized operational readiness. You report directly to the Head of New Business & Market Expansion and partner closely with the Product, Digital Office, and Commercial leads to translate strategic blueprints into active, localized transactional engines. Your Contribution: Be Yourself. Be Open. Stay Hungry and Humble. Collaborate. Challenge. Decide and just Do. Share our passion for Equality and the Environment. These are the behaviors and values you’ll need for success at Logitech. In this role you will: P&L Management: Own the Profit & Loss statement for assigned geographic expansions and new routes to market during the incubation phase. You are accountable for meeting Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), Margin, and Contribution Profit targets by actively managing localized commercial levers and operational costs. Go-To-Market Execution: Lead the launch, localization, and hypercare phases for new territories and digital channels. You serve as the operational launch commander during market entry, ensuring that localized checkout flows, payment configurations, and transactional platforms are fully functional and ready on Day 1. Partner Management: Manage the day-to-day performance and operational integration of critical third-party commerce partners and Merchants of Record (MoR). You act as the primary operational point of contact to ensure absolute compliance with localized tax, regulatory, and global service level agreements (SLAs). Operational Excellence: Manage daily transactional and operational activities during a venture's early lifecycle. This includes optimizing order management workflows, resolving fulfillment and order exceptions, managing localized inventory allocations, and overseeing payment fraud mitigation rules. Process Scalability: Build, document, and stabilize repeatable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational playbooks for every new market entry. Your ultimate objective is to elevate the venture to full operational maturity so it can be transitioned seamlessly as a turn-key revenue engine to core regional leadership. Skills: Accountable: Ability to manage the commercial performance of the market from start to finish. You take personal ownership of the P&L results and operational stability. You proactively identify risks to the business plan and implement mitigation strategies rather than waiting for direction. Teamwork: Builds productive working relationships with colleagues across Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and external partners. You successfully align diverse functional groups toward a single launch date and revenue goal. You respect the input of technical teams while advocating for commercial needs. Communication: Communicate in a clear and concise manner (both verbal and written). You act as the primary voice of the market to leadership, providing transparent reporting on sales performance and operational health. You take responsibility for keeping stakeholders informed of critical incidents and recovery plans. Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: Experience: 8+ years of experience in E-commerce Operations, International Business, or Commercial Strategy, with a proven track record of launching or managing cross-border businesses. Financial Acumen: Strong ability to manage a P&L. You must understand how operational decisions (shipping costs, returns, duties) impact the bottom line and be able to forecast revenue and expenses accurately. Partner Management: Demonstrated experience in managing the performance of external agencies or BPO partners. You are skilled in monitoring SLAs, driving accountability, and fostering productive operational relationships. Cross-Border Expertise: Functional knowledge of international trade requirements, including Incoterms, duties/taxes, localized payment methods, and cross-border logistics. Operational Leadership: Ability to lead through ambiguity. You can make rapid, data-informed decisions to resolve live operational incidents (e.g., shipping delays, payment failures) without needing escalation. Preferred Qualifications: Global Language Skills: Proficiency in a secondary language relevant to our AP and IMEA target growth markets is a strong plus. #LI-SL1 Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
