Regional HR Executive (all-rounded, 5-6 yrs)

We are looking for a high-calibre Human Resources Executive to drive HR operations in our Regional HR Team and support our continuous expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for HR operations in Hong Kong and across APAC regions (14 offices)
• Manage HR BAU operations, including but not limited to employee onboarding/offboarding, HR orientation and employee correspondence
• Maintain employee data and candidate database in HR systems, p-file, reporting and metrics
• Provide employee movement information to the Payroll Team to ensure a timely and accurate payroll process
• Provide care and support for employees throughout their employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development, retention, and transition
• Occasionally support/ backup TA Team in end-to-end recruitment process including job advertisement, sourcing and selection, offering and onboarding
• Assist in HR projects such as HRIS migration and enhancement, year-end exercises, policies roll-out, etc.
• Provide other ad hoc and administrative support to the Regional HR Team

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of all-rounded HR experience in service industries
• High level of integrity to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiar with HRIS
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, dedicated, detail-oriented and a quick learner
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese and English
