Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management Oversee servers, LAN/WAN, printers, communication systems (VC, telephony), and access security systems (CCTV, access doors).

User Support Provide day-to-day troubleshooting via helpdesk/ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and KPI monitoring.

Project Implementation Lead local IT projects and contribute to global/regional initiatives.

Information Security Act as local representative for InfoSec, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards.

Asset & Budget Management Track IT assets, manage inventories, and coordinate IT budgets with finance teams.

Collaboration Work closely with HR for onboarding/offboarding and report IT activities to regional directors.
