Job Summary The IT Application Support Lead sets the direction for how the Gaming group keeps its products healthy, and leads the analysts who do that work day to day. You will guide the team through root-cause analysis on the issues that matter most. A big part of the job is keeping stakeholders satisfied and informed, and using what the team learns to cut down the technical problems that hurt revenue and guest satisfaction. You mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts, set the standard for how issues are worked, and keep everyone pointed at the same goal. Job Description We are looking for a IT Application Support Lead will k eep gaming systems running, on both the hardware and the software side. Track issues down and fix them, from workstations and peripherals through to applications, operating systems, and databases . This position will be full-time and remote. What You'll Do Work with the help desk and analysts to sort, prioritize, and close out tickets When a problem keeps recurring, find the root cause and put a fix in place so it stops happening Follow-up on root cause analysis Provide updates to stakeholders and Sr. Managment What You'll Need Required: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on technical support experience Proven experience supporting both hardware and software environments Based in Metro Manila, or within commuting distance to work on-site as needed Prior experience leading or managing Analysts and Senior Analysts Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor Reasonable accommodation statement If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111.
