Our unwavering commitment to integrity and professionalism, coupled with our core values of excellence, innovation, and care for people, continues to define us. Today, as the largest privately owned HOA management company in the West, we proudly serve over 300 communities across 9 offices. Our success is fueled by a team of nearly 900 dedicated team members who genuinely love what they do and are dedicated to helping homeowners thrive and love where they live.
Action Property Management is growing, and we're looking for a dynamic, experienced Regional Manager to help lead our expansion into the Houston market!
As California's largest privately owned HOA management company, Action has built a reputation for exceptional service, strong leadership, and a people-first culture. With an established presence in Texas, we're excited to continue our growth in Houston and are looking for a proven leader who wants to play a key role in building our future.
This isn't your typical Regional Manager opportunity. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives on building relationships, developing high-performing teams, and growing a region from the ground up.

Drive Regional Growth: Play an instrumental role in establishing and expanding Action's Houston presence, supporting new business opportunities, client relationships, and successful community transitions.
Build & Lead Teams: Select, mentor, and develop talented community management professionals while creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional service.
Oversee Operations: Provide strategic and operational leadership across a growing portfolio of HOA communities, ensuring consistent service excellence and operational efficiency.
Strengthen Client Relationships: Build trusted partnerships with HOA Boards, homeowners, and industry professionals to drive client satisfaction and retention.
Establish Structure & Best Practices: Help implement scalable processes, operational standards, and training programs that support sustainable regional growth.
Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with Action's executive and regional leadership teams to identify growth opportunities and execute our long-term vision for Houston.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of progressive experience in HOA/community association management, including regional or multi-community leadership experience.
Proven success leading teams, developing managers, and overseeing multiple associations.
Experience growing a portfolio, launching a new market, or scaling regional operations strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of HOA operations, financial management, Board relations, and client retention.
Established relationships within the Houston HOA market are a plus.
CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation preferred.
Entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented leadership style with a passion for developing people and delivering results.
Broad experience managing a variety of HOA property types, including high-rise and mid-rise condominiums, master-planned communities, and new developments.
Why Join Action?
Be Part of Something Exciting: Play a key role in launching and growing Action's presence in the Houston market.
Make a Real Impact: Help shape the region's strategy, build high-performing teams, and establish a strong foundation for long-term success.
Growth & Career Opportunities: Join a rapidly growing company with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
Strong Leadership & Support: Enjoy the entrepreneurial opportunity to build a region with the resources, technology, and support of an established industry leader.
