Regional Marketing Manager – Netherlands (Part-time | Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for the Dutch market. This is a part-time (20 hours/week), fully remote position within an international team.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, digitally savvy, and excited about using Artificial Intelligence to improve marketing processes, content creation, and productivity. They are comfortable working independently, collaborating across cultures, and representing the company both online and at industry events.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and adapt the company's marketing strategy for the Dutch market.
• Create, review, edit, and optimize marketing content using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and similar platforms.
• Ensure high-quality written content tailored to the local market.
• Manage marketing campaigns, contacts, and activities in HubSpot.
• Maintain documentation and marketing processes in Confluence.
• Collaborate daily with international teams using Microsoft Teams.
• Design presentations, marketing materials, and visual assets using Canva.
• Plan, organize, and host webinars for prospects and customers.
• Confidently appear on camera for webinars, product presentations, interviews, and digital content.
• Conduct interviews with customers, partners, and industry experts to create engaging marketing content.
• Represent the company at major conferences, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows through Artificial Intelligence and digital tools.
• Work closely with the global Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, B2B marketing, technology marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven experience working remotely in an international environment.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and digital tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience using:
• HubSpot
• Confluence
• Microsoft Teams
• Canva
• AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
• Experience organizing webinars or virtual events.
• Comfortable presenting on camera and speaking to professional audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the Netherlands and, from time to time, across Europe to attend conferences, industry events, customer meetings, and conduct interviews.
• Professional English proficiency
• Fluent Dutch proficiency (C2 or equivalent).
