We’re looking for a Marketing Manager – Growth & Regional Marketing to own the commercial marketing engine for DLP across its active markets. The focus is on pipeline, demand generation, regional marketing execution, website performance, funnel health, attribution, and cross-functional coordination. The role will work closely with Deel PMM, Deel Paid, Lifecycle, Web (Deel and DLP), Deel Marketing Ops, DLP Sales, Deel regional markets and DLP Product to make sure all of those functions come together to deliver against DLP’s commercial targets.

What You’ll Own:

  1. Demand Generation and Pipeline

    • Own the regional demand generation plan across DLP markets, working with Deel Regional Marketers in Brazil and UK.

    • Build campaigns designed to generate MQLs, SQOs and pipeline.

    • Translate annual and quarterly growth targets into executable marketing plans.

    • Define audiences, campaign themes, channel mix, funnel targets and measurement.

    • Monitor funnel performance and identify where conversion is breaking down.

    • Work with XFN stakeholders to improve pipeline quality and velocity.

    • Keep a clear view of marketing contribution to SQO and revenue targets.

  2. Regional Marketing Strategy

    • Own the DLP marketing calendar and regional priorities, collaborating with relevant Deel Regional Marketers.

    • Build and maintain market plans across Africa, the UK, Brazil and future DLP markets.

    • Adapt campaign strategy to different market conditions, buyer needs and sales priorities.

    • Coordinate regional launches, campaigns, events and commercial initiatives.

    • Ensure activity is aligned to DLP targets and sales requirements.

  3. Website and Digital Performance

    • Prioritise landing pages, CRO improvements, regional pages and campaign journeys on www.payspace.com.

    • SEO.

    • Ensure website messaging, conversion paths and forms support the DLP buyer journey (on both deel.com and payspace.com).

    • Track website performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion.

  4. Marketing Operations and Funnel Management, Reporting and Analytics

    • Work with Marketing Ops and Salesforce teams to ensure DLP lead routing, lifecycle stages and attribution are accurate.

    • Identify and resolve reporting, routing or attribution gaps.

    • Define requirements for lead source, campaign attribution and opportunity tracking.

    • Ensure the commercial team has reliable visibility into pipeline performance.

    • Turn performance data into clear recommendations and actions.

    • Provide regular updates to leadership.

    • Partner closely with the Paid Media team on strategy and performance.

    • Review spend, market mix, targeting, funnel conversion and SQO efficiency.
