You’ll help people explore short-term, mid-term, and long-term missions opportunities with International Project, while building trusted relationships in your region. This is a part-time, flexible role ideal for someone already connected in ministry or serving in a bi-vocational context. For those desiring to increase their capacity, additional support raising is encouraged to grow the role toward full-time. Work Hours: The Regional Missions Coach should expect to work 6 hours per week. Each week will be spent building relationships with pastors, ministry leaders, college students, professionals, and missions-minded individuals in your local churches, campuses, and community spaces to help them take next steps toward global missions. Responsibilities: Community Engagement (Approx. 2–3 hrs/week) Build relationships with churches, pastors, and missions leaders in your area. Share about the vision and opportunities of International Project through church visits, events, and informal connections. Expand local awareness of UPG-focused missions and how individuals can get involved. Coaching & Mobilization (Approx. 2–3 hrs/week) Engage individuals who are exploring missions involvement and guide them through next steps. Coach people toward short-term trips, internships, training programs, or long-term service. Serve as a relational and prayerful shepherd to help them discern their calling. Team Collaboration & Admin (Approx. 1 hr/week) Record coaching conversations and follow-ups in the mobilization CRM. Participate in regular check-ins with the Mobilization Team and Director of Mobilization. Join in corporate prayer and vision alignment as part of the broader team. Qualifications and Skills: A Spirit-led, prayerful follower of Jesus with a heart for the nations and unreached people groups. Relationally connected within a Christian community (churches, campuses, ministries). Gifted in vision-casting, shepherding conversations, and encouraging next steps. Organized, self-starting, and comfortable working independently. Has experience in missions or cross-cultural ministry (preferred but not required). Willing to raise additional support beyond the $600/month salary if expanding the role. In agreement with International Project’s Statement of Faith and Philosophy of Ministry. Essential Functions: The Regional Missions Coach must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; engage in virtual and in-person meetings; manage tasks independently using digital tools; and accurately record coaching interactions. The role may require occasional local travel and the ability to lift or carry materials up to 30 pounds, such as printed resources or display items. Salary: $600/month (support raising for full time maybe possible)
