We are now seeking to hire a Regional Operations Director for Staycity, covering our Staycity Germany locations, and our exciting 2027 opening in Warsaw, Poland. You will oversee all operational aspects across both hotels, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance. This role requires strategic leadership, proactive problem-solving, and a steadfast commitment to maintaining high standards across all areas of operation. This role will ideally be based from Germany, and will involve frequent travel. CVs are to be submitted in English only. Career Background: A blend of corporate experience in early career stages and entrepreneurial leadership in independent restaurants, bars, and event operations, showcasing adaptability and innovation. F&B Expertise: Extensive experience managing high-profile F&B programs, including concept development for restaurants and bars, culinary excellence, and large-scale event execution. Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of European hospitality markets, with fluency or native-level proficiency in German. Financial Acumen: Demonstrated success in exceeding financial targets and driving operational efficiency across diverse hospitality functions, particularly in F&B profitability. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of inspiring teams, driving engagement, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration. Innovative Mindset: A solutions-focused approach with a passion for innovation, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering world-class guest experiences. What you can do for us: Leadership & Culture: Partner with General Managers and local leaders to align with Staycity’s vision, fostering a cohesive, high-performing culture across all properties. Financial Performance: Develop comprehensive budgets, forecast performance accurately, and implement strategies to exceed revenue and profitability targets. F&B Excellence: Oversee diverse F&B operations, including high-volume restaurants, bars, and event spaces, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, innovative offerings, and operational efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, finance, F&B, and HR teams to enhance brand value, promote customer loyalty, and optimize overall property performance. Guest Experience: Analyse guest feedback and audit results, implementing solutions to enhance service quality and elevate the guest journey across accommodations, F&B, and events. Property Openings: Lead new property openings, ensuring operational readiness, adherence to brand standards, and the seamless integration of unique F&B and event offerings. Operational Excellence: Provide ongoing support to new and existing locations, ensuring consistent quality, operational efficiency, and adaptability to market trends. Talent Development: Collaborate with HR to attract top talent, foster career development, and cultivate a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration. Innovation in F&B: Identify opportunities to enhance menus, beverage programs, and event concepts, exceeding customer expectations and meeting market demands.
