Position Summary

To advance Teach For All’s 25-year vision, and strengthen its impact across the Americas, we are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and strategic manager to drive the effective execution of regional priorities and strengthen the systems, processes, and collaboration that enable the region to thrive.

Reporting to the Head of Region (HoR) with no supervisory responsibilities, and working closely with regional and global colleagues, this role will serve as a central driver of regional coordination, operational effectiveness, and organizational alignment. The role will translate regional priorities into coordinated action by strengthening planning and project management processes, maintaining reliable data and knowledge management systems, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams, and ensuring effective engagement with a network of 12+ partner organizations.

The Regional Operations Manager will play a critical role in enabling the regional team and its partners to work efficiently, share knowledge, access network resources, and advance collective goals. This includes coordinating regional planning and performance tracking, supporting partner engagement and learning experiences, overseeing operational and financial administration, and ensuring that the systems and processes underpinning the region’s work are effective, accurate, and sustainable.

Working across diverse teams, organizations, and cultural contexts, the successful candidate will combine strong operational judgment with exceptional project management, communication, and relationship-building skills. They will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, anticipating operational needs, solving problems proactively, and turning plans into results. Above all, they will bring a commitment to building a well-coordinated, connected, and high-performing regional team that enables locally rooted partners to strengthen their impact and contribute to broader network learning and systems change.

The Americas Regional team manages the network’s engagement with partner CEOs and partner staff across Latin America and the Caribbean, serving as an overall strategic resource to them as they leverage the network to continuously build capacity locally and accelerate the impact of their programs.
