Regional Sales

We are looking for a new colleague to join our dynamic, ambitious and solution-oriented sales team! Are you the one?

What do we need?

• Bachelor's degree from preferably in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or other related departments
• Familiarity with Construction chemicals like redispersible powder polymers, polymer emulsions, cement modifiers etc.
• Minimum 5 years of export sales experience
• Fluency in English is a must, an additional language is a big plus
• Strong communication and team player, ability to work independently, desire for self-learning and self-developing,
• Negotiation & sales skills, entrepreneurial approach, and can-do mindset

What you'll do;

• Execute & support business development and sales activities, follow up the projects which create value for the customers
• Ensure that orders, shipments, and forecasts are made on time and regularly
• Support customers in their technical needs and requirements in coordination with segment leaders and BU’s special technical support team
• Provide accurate sales forecasts to support efficient planning of products and services.
• Drive strategic growth and add value by building strong customer relationships and understanding the needs to offer tailored solutions
• Conducting market research and identifying potential opportunities
• Responding to customer queries and complaints and ensuring that corrective action is taken
• Travel within the region visiting existing customers and new prospects
