  • Participate in on-site sales calls and provide clear post-deployment actions and reporting.
  • Gather competitive and market intelligence through field visits, reporting, events, and local market interactions.
  • Refer high-potential companies and emerging opportunities to Business Development for follow-up.
  • Coordinate with Business Development, Lead Response, and Global Sales to align opportunity and account strategies.
  • Support local and global account penetration, commercial partnerships, and channel-development activity.
  • Track progress against agreed plans and provide clear reporting to hotel and regional leadership.

What we need from you

  • Eight or more years of progressive professional experience.
  • At least five years of hotel sales experience.
  • Experience developing and executing tactical hotel sales programs and business plans.
  • Regional, corporate, or multi-hotel commercial experience.
  • Strong sales consulting, coaching, facilitation, and hotel-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret funnel, performance, and market information and translate it into action.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with Agency360, Demand360, Microsoft Office, and AI-powered productivity tools.
  • Readiness for frequent travel across the assigned hotel portfolio.
