The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of our France, Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) & Iberian Peninsula (Spain, Portugal) territories. This is a critical field sales role within our EMEA Cellular/Mobile Solutions Business Unit, responsible for driving revenue growth across these high-potential territories through both direct and partner-led channels. You will inherit an established pipeline and partner network and be expected to accelerate growth across industrial IoT, Fixed Wireless Access, smart infrastructure, utilities, and Industry 4.0 verticals. This role reports to the EMEA Sales Director and works closely with dedicated Sales Engineering support. What you will do Own the full sales cycle across France, Benelux & Iberia - from prospecting and pipeline generation through to close and post-sale account development Drive sustainable revenue growth by selling Digi's portfolio of industrial cellular routers, infrastructure solutions, cloud software, and managed connectivity services Manage, enable, and expand Digi's distributor and reseller network while identifying and onboarding new strategic channel partners Develop territory and account strategies to grow existing customers while winning new enterprise and industrial accounts Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting through CRM (NetSuite) Identify and develop opportunities for recurring software and services revenue, including Digi Remote Manager, Digi 360, and future managed connectivity offerings. Represent Digi at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, webinars, and partner activities across the region Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Provide regular business updates, pipeline reviews, forecasts, and market intelligence to EMEA sales leadership. Utilize modern AI-powered sales tools and CRM insights to improve account planning, opportunity prioritization, and sales effectiveness. Who you are and what you bring Essential: 5+ years of field sales experience in networking, IoT, telecommunications, or industrial technology Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a territory-based sales role Experience managing both direct enterprise sales and indirect channel partner relationships. Strong commercial acumen - confident building business cases and handling complex procurement negotiations Proficient with AI-enabled sales tools and CRM/ERP systems (NetSuite or equivalent) Willing to travel regularly across France, Benelux & Iberia (estimated 35-45%) Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) Desirable: Knowledge of cellular/5G networking, SD-WAN, FWA, or edge computing solutions Familiarity with Digi International's product portfolio (IX, EX, TX range, Digi Remote Manager, DANI, Digi 360) Experience selling managed services or ARR-generating subscription models Existing relationships within French industrial manufacturing, utilities, transportation or public sector markets Spanish or Dutch language skills At Digi, we embrace diversity and inclusion among our teammates. The anticipated pay range for this position is €85,000 - €135,000 which includes base salary + commission target. Pay ranges are determined by role and job level. The range displayed reflects the reasonable range we anticipate paying for this position and reflects the cost of labor within several Western European geographic markets. The specific salary offered within the range will depend on various factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant and prior experience, education, skills, and primary work location.
