Regional Sales Manager - Eastern

Remote, Field-Based • Multi-State Territory • Reports to the Director, CRT Sales & Customer Experience

Help Improve Lives. Make an Impact. Build a Career!

Lead the sales partners who put AltimateMedical’s life-changing products in front of the clinicians and families who need them.

As our Regional Sales Manager, you’ll own growth across your region — increasing market share and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. You’ll do it by building strong, accountable relationships with independent sales representatives: setting clear goals, providing training, development, and coaching, and helping them position AltimateMedical products effectively.

This is a leadership-through-influence role. You’ll use data to decide where to focus, manage performance against clear metrics, and build mutually beneficial partnerships that keep every representative aligned with AltimateMedical’s goals.

Why This Role Stands Out

• Lead through influence. Shape the success of a network of independent sales representatives by setting clear expectations, coaching to results, and building mutual accountability.

• Own your region. Drive revenue and market-share growth with the autonomy to plan territory activity, travel, and demo investments around the biggest opportunities.

• Data-driven decisions. Use CRM, Domo, and analytics tools to spot trends, close gaps, and turn insight into action plans that move the numbers.

• A seat at the strategy table. Contribute to product and go-to-market strategies and partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and more.

• Work that matters. Help people who rely on our standing, mobility, and positioning products live fuller, more independent lives.

What You’ll Do

Sales Leadership, Influence & Accountability

  • Own and drive regional sales performance, ensuring achievement of revenue targets and growth objectives
  • Build strong, healthy, mutually accountable relationships with independent sales representatives that align priorities with AltimateMedical’s business goals

  • Ensure consistent performance monitoring, check-ins, and follow-up
  • Ensure representatives prioritize AltimateMedical products

Field Execution & Rep Development

  • Conduct periodic, targeted field visits to evaluate execution, sales effectiveness, and customer engagement
  • Recognize and reinforce strong, innovative practices and share them across representatives to build capability
  • Train and develop representatives on product knowledge, sales strategy, and effective positioning
  • Coach and observe representatives, providing feedback on territory management and every phase of the sales process: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solutions development, presentation, objection handling, and closing
  • Prioritize development of new and underperforming representatives

Data-Driven Sales Management

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Develop and implement targeted action plans to improve performance
  • Monitor KPIs and drive accountability through data-backed reporting and discussions
  • Conduct outcome-focused performance reviews
  • Maintain accurate CRM and reporting data

Market Intelligence & Strategic Impact

  • Analyze market, customer, and competitive data to identify trends
  • Translate insights into strategies that improve performance
  • Identify risks and opportunities and adjust strategies proactively
  • Provide data-driven feedback to sales representative teams
  • Contribute to product and go-to-market strategies

Territory & Demo Optimization

  • Plan territory activity using data and analytics to prioritize the most impactful activities toward AltimateMedical plan outcomes
  • Maximize ROI on demo inventory
  • Develop and enforce demo tracking systems
  • Approve demo investments based on data and opportunity

Planning & Collaboration

  • Align with Sales leadership on strategic, targeted monthly travel plans, grounded in data and tied to clear business outcomes for conferences, tradeshows, and travel with independent representatives
  • Use sound judgment in territory management, travel planning, sales, and expense management
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product Management, Product Development, and Finance on strategic planning and growth goals
  • Represent AltimateMedical at industry events identified through annual strategic planning

What You Bring

• Education & experience. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, sales, or marketing, or 4+ years of industry experience.

• A proven track record. Consistent achievement of sales or other competitive goals, demonstrating high performance, influence, accountability, and coaching of others.
