Regional Sales Manager, Liquid Filling Northeast US

We areseeking a dynamic and results-drivenRegional Sales Manager (RSM) to ourteam to focus on developing business in the Southeast region of the United States. Theideal candidatewillhaveastrongbackground in industrial/packaging equipment sales,aproven record of meeting andexceeding sales targets, nurture existing customers, and be ahunter/developer for new customers withinthe assigned territory.

·Developandimplementstrategicsalesplans toachievecompanygoals

·Identifyand pursuenewbusinessopportunitieswithintheassignedterritory

·Activelyseekoutanddevelopnewaccounts.

oBuildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithexistingandpotential customers

oConductmarketresearchtostayupdatedonindustry trends

·Providetechnicalexpertise andsupport to customers on our liquid filling systems.

·Prepareanddeliversales presentations,proposals,andcontacts

oCollaboratewiththemarketingteamtodeveloppromotional

·Monitorandreportonsalesperformance,includingforecasts and budgets.

·Participate inindustry trade shows, conferences, and networks

·Bachelor'sdegreeinbusiness,Engineering,ora relatedfield, or equivalent experience.

·Minimumof5 yearsofexperienceinindustrial sales,

Strongunderstandingof packaging automation

oExcellentcommunication,negotiation,andpresentation skills

Provenabilitytodevelopnewbusinessand closesales.

Abilitytotravelextensivelywithinthe assignedUSAterritory.

ProficiencyinCRMsoftwareandMicrosoft OfficeSuite.

Self-motivated,goal-oriented,andabletoworkindependently.
