What You’ll Do:

As part of our European expansion, we are seeking an experienced, commercially driven sales professional to develop and expand our commercial presence across the UK, Ireland, Nordic countries, and Baltic markets.

  • Take full commercial ownership of assigned markets across the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Baltics.
  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities with sportsbook operators, platform providers, and relevant technology partners.
  • Leverage existing industry relationships to establish direct access to key commercial and technical C-level decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, Heads of Trading, Commercial Directors).
  • Formulate and execute a tailored regional market strategy, identifying high-value customer segments and commercial opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, solution discovery, technical product presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.

  • Continuously monitor competitor activity, market developments, and evolving regulatory environments across Northern European jurisdictions.
  • Develop and maintain strategic, long-term customer relationships, identifying post-sale upselling and account expansion opportunities.
  • Operate as an autonomous, self-sufficient deal-maker capable of prospecting and pipeline development without dedicated SDR support.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Success, and Solutions) to ensure smooth customer onboarding and account growth.
  • Represent LSports at major industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and regional customer meetings.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting, deal stage tracking, and revenue forecasting using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales/business development experience within the sports betting, iGaming, or sports technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of business development and revenue growth across Northern European markets (UK, Ireland, Nordics, or Baltics).
  • Established, active network of senior relationships with sportsbook operators and key iGaming decision-makers in the region.
  • Proven, independent track record of self-sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex commercial technology agreements.
  • Strong technical grasp of sports betting technology stack, including API integration, live sports data feeds, pre-match and in-play odds feeds, sportsbook platforms, and automated trading solutions.
  • High proficiency in sales pipeline tracking and reporting using standard CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Native/Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Strong commercial negotiation, consultative selling, and senior stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of operating independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness and availability to travel regularly across the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe.

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Previous sales experience at major sports betting data/technology providers.
  • Hands-on experience selling solutions to licensed and regulated sportsbook operators across Northern European jurisdictions.
  • Strong existing contacts with leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 sportsbook operators in the UK and Nordic markets.
  • Fluency in additional relevant European languages (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish).
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional commercial accounts.
