What you´ll do

  • Execute sales plans and strategy in line with business unit and sustainability strategy to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers
  • Develop and execute action plan for each customer based on customer roadmap to enhance loyalty and long-term partnership
  • Deliver sales and distribution targets (KP OSG and PC % / GP %) in territory
  • Build and maintains strong relationships with customers, develop customer centric initiatives and implement their feedback
  • Communicates with Key Account Management (KAM) and Sales team on specific customers tasks and priorities & monitor customer activities, pricing positioning
  • Coordinate with technical customer service to conduct line trials, (re)solves customer requests and complaints
  • Execute pricing and promotional actions, executes KAM strategy (listing, promotions)
  • Manage and/or steer distributor salesforce or 3rd party representation
  • Conduct field, market, or jobsite visits; follow up on implementation/promotion, identify gaps
  • Coordinate education implementation and sales impact with technical advisors
  • Take and process customer orders; negotiate customer agreements; carry out admin tasks related to reporting and contract management
  • Steer overdue payments, blocks orders if needed, and leverage CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to enhance sales performance

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
  • 7+ years of successful technical sales, business development, or account management experience, preferably within water and wastewater infrastructure, construction materials, trenchless technologies, or related industrial markets
  • Located within South Central US with the ability to travel 50-70% around the region
  • Proven ability to influence project specifications and collaborate effectively with consulting engineers, municipal utilities, asset owners, contractors, and other project stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure rehabilitation technologies, including trenchless construction, pipe rehabilitation, coatings, linings, geopolymer materials, or related products is preferred
  • Experience reviewing construction plans, specifications, bids, and contract documents and translating project requirements into profitable business opportunities
  • Knowledge of specification-driven sales and project-based business development
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and sales forecasting tools
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team environment
  • Experience selling to municipalities, utilities, engineering consulting firms, and infrastructure contractors
  • Preferred familiarity with trenchless rehabilitation methods including CIPP, geopolymer lining systems, manhole rehabilitation, pressure pipe rehabilitation, or related technologies
  • Preferred existing industry relationships within the South Central water and wastewater infrastructure market

The salary range for this role is $100,000.00 and $120,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
