ABOUT THE ROLE

Rotman Arts and Science School is seeking a driven Regional Student Recruitment Representative to grow our international student enrolment across a defined set of markets. In this market-facing role, you will build and manage agent relationships, run recruitment activity, and provide the attentive, high-quality service that brings students from around the world to Rotman.

Korea · Taiwan · China · Africa · Turkey · Spain · Indonesia. You may be assigned one or more of these markets based on your background, networks, and language skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Market development & recruitment

• Grow Rotman's international enrolment by developing recruitment channels across your assigned market(s).
• Plan and carry out market-specific recruitment and marketing strategies that build awareness and generate qualified applications.
• Represent Rotman at education fairs, school visits, agent events, and information sessions — in person and online.
• Respond promptly and warmly to prospective student and partner inquiries, providing high-quality support throughout the application journey.

Agent & partner management

• Identify, recruit, and onboard education agents and partners, agreeing terms and keeping them engaged through regular communication.
• Provide ongoing training so agents represent Rotman accurately and increase the volume of quality applicants.
• Monitor partner performance and quality, coaching partners to reach each intake's targets.

Targets, reporting & collaboration

• Meet or exceed recruitment targets set for each intake and for the year.
• Track outreach, pipeline, and market developments, and report regularly to the recruitment team.
• Work closely with Admissions, Homestay, Marketing, and Academic teams for a smooth journey from inquiry to arrival.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Fluent English, with strong verbal and written communication.
• 3–5 years in international student recruitment, education sales & marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of or networks within one or more target markets (Korea, Taiwan, China, Africa, Turkey, Spain, Indonesia) — a strong asset.
• A relevant market language (e.g. Korean, Mandarin, Turkish, Spanish, Bahasa Indonesia) — highly desirable.
• An autonomous self-starter who works well in a team.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent judgement — delivering the best outcome for students while maintaining integrity in all partner relationships.
• Willingness to travel internationally and accommodate time-zone differences.

COMPENSATION

Competitive base salary, plus commission tied to enrolment.
