At OneSchool Global UK, we're committed to attracting, developing and retaining exceptional talent across our network of 23 campuses and Regional Support Office. As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for an experienced Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to play a key role in helping us find the talented teachers, support staff and corporate professionals who make a difference to our students every day.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing hiring decisions and thinking strategically about talent. You'll work closely with leaders across the organisation, helping to strengthen our recruitment approach, improve candidate experience and build the talent pipelines needed to support our future success.

Based at our Warwick office, and relocating to our new offices at Prologis Park, Coventry later this year, this hybrid role requires attendance in the office three days per week, alongside occasional travel across our UK campus network and to recruitment events.

About the Role
You will lead end-to-end recruitment across teaching, support and Regional Support Office positions, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.

A key focus of this role will be proactively building and maintaining talent pipelines, ensuring we have access to high-quality candidates for both current and future vacancies. You will also support employer branding initiatives, enhance recruitment processes and provide market insights to help inform hiring decisions across the business.

About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about finding great talent and building strong relationships.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or a related HR role
  • Demonstrable success in building and managing talent pipelines
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience using recruitment systems, sourcing tools and recruitment technology

Experience recruiting within the education sector would be beneficial but is not essential.

Why you’ll love working with us
At OneSchool Global, we’re committed to helping our educators grow, succeed, and reach their full potential. As part of our team, you’ll benefit from:

  • A competitive salary, staff laptop, free breakfast and lunches and on-site free parking
  • 25 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays
  • Workplace pension and Staff referral scheme for OSG UK colleagues.
  • Collaborate with fellow OSG educators across the UK and around the world.
  • High-quality, technology-empowered working environments.
  • Strong career advancement opportunities.
