Across Central Europe, we combine local knowledge with international reach to deliver projects that create a positive, lasting impact for clients, communities and the environment.

Our Central Europe People & Culture team supports approximately 4,000 colleagues across 13 countries. We are strengthening our regional Talent Management capability to translate global priorities into consistent, locally relevant action and support the continued growth of our people and organisation.

The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Regional Talent Development Lead to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head of Learning & Development, Central Europe, you will help shape and execute the Talent Management agenda across a region of 13 countries.

You will work closely with regional HR teams, business and People Leaders, local L&D leads and Global Centers of Excellence to ensure that global talent strategies, programmes and processes are implemented effectively and consistently across Central Europe. Your mission is to translate global Talent Management priorities into impactful, scalable and locally relevant action across the region.

The planned start date for this role is January 2027, and an earlier start will not be possible.

· Leadership and high-potential talent: Work with L&D colleagues and Global Centers of Excellence to identify and develop high-potential talent and roll out leadership and talent programmes.

· Talent analytics and insights: Turn talent data into clear insights and practical recommendations for HR and business leaders.

· Project and change management: Lead regional Talent Management projects from planning to evaluation, coordinating stakeholders across countries and driving adoption through clear governance, communication and change plans. Help simplify and redesign processes using lean principles and an AI-first mindset.

The team around you

The culture: Collaborative, international and focused on turning strategy into practical, measurable outcomes.
The projects: Regional talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, career development and leadership development initiatives.

· At least 7 years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, Leadership Development, Organisational Development or a related HR discipline.

· Experience working in a multinational, multi-country and matrix organization, with strong knowledge of talent review, succession planning, performance management and career development processes.

· Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and geographies, influence without direct authority and use talent data to generate insights and recommendations.

· Full professional fluency in English and Italian is required. English will be the main working language for this role, while additional European languages are a plus.

· Excellent communication, facilitation and change management skills, with strategic thinking, execution excellence, sound judgement and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and organisational boundaries.
