· Robust marketing support: DFCO has robust digital and social programs, creative POS materials and a product line that consumers are already excited about. We are nimble and creative.
· Room to grow: A clear path to continued growth in both responsibility and compensation.
· Launch the brand in your region: Build the territory from zero, opening first accounts and establishing our presence in the U.S. market.
· Win new business: Prospect and close independent pet specialty stores, groomers, and boarding facilities. The sky’s the limit!
· Work with distribution: Work with the Head of Retail to activate distributor partners through ride-alongs, product training, and joint promotions.
· Drive sell-through: Partner with our team to launch events, in-store demos or training and community events.
· Execute at retail: Ensure strong in-store presence through planograms, merchandising, displays, and point-of-sale materials.
· Train store staff: Lead product knowledge sessions so associates can confidently introduce a new brand to pet parents.
· Represent the brand: Be the face of Dog Friendly Co at regional trade shows, buying shows, and community events.
· Plan and report: Build your territory plan, forecast sales, and keep the CRM current.
· Shape the U.S. playbook: Share what's working, competitor activity, and customer feedback to help refine our go-to-market strategy nationwide.
