The Role: Regional Upstream Planning Leader
What will you do?
- Define & execute yearly Upstream Supply Chain Management strategy with Procurement category manager and other upstream stakeholders. Mainly to drive the continuous improvement on the upstream inventory by implementing opti flow, parameter optimization etc.
- Supporting upstream resilience,animate with plant at regional level to have the supplier capacity assessment and drive the actions to anticipate the business growth, identify the opportunity with plant to drive PO2 to avoid supply chain upstream disruption.
- All the execution should be done fully compliant to global planning playbook.
- Define the E2E the business needs in terms of supply chain planning for the less manual intervention based on the business contexts.
- Working with development team on the autonomous solution including dashboard visibility & actions implementation in a more automatic way by using AI etc.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelor degrees with background of supply chain mgt, statistics etc;
- Good English skill in both spoken and written;
- Digital mindset to integrate business needs to digital tools deployment;
- Influential communication skill to convince stakeholders;
- Dare to challenge however being collaborative & logic to provide solution;
- At least 5 years planning working experience with upstream planning field background as preference;
