Your Role: As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will: Engage directly with clients in both 1:1 and group settings, using creative and effective teaching methods. Implement behavior plans developed by experienced BCBAs. Collect and record data to track progress and outcomes. Maintain confidentiality and uphold our ethical standards. Qualifications: REQUIRED Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across town. Completion of required trainings within 90 days of hire (QBS, HIPAA, BLS). Valid driver’s license or state issued identification. English literacy; able to speak, read and write proficiently. Work Environment: Engage in active, hands-on work with children, including various physical activities. Be adaptable to different settings: home, school, center and/or community.
