Location: Anchorage, AK (Remote)
Type: Full Time and Part Time Options Available
Pay Rate: Starting $38/hour and Up (Based on Experience, Credential and Education)

What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive nutrition assessments for adult patients, considering their medical conditions, nutritional status, and behavioral health needs.
- Provide nutrition counseling tailored to patients with mood disorders, eating disorders, and substance use disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
- Monitor nutritional status and recommend appropriate nutrition interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to improve nutrition outcomes.
- Make a meaningful impact by using Food as Medicine to improve patients' quality of life.
