This role is based in Uluwatu.

Role Description

The Registered Nurse will provide clinical support for aesthetic and longevity treatments, including client assessments, treatment preparation, and post-procedure care.

Daily responsibilities include administering prescribed therapies, monitoring client responses, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and ensuring adherence to safety and infection-control protocols. The role involves collaborating with physicians and other practitioners, educating clients about procedures and aftercare, and supporting a welcoming, professional environment. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kuta, with primary on-site responsibilities at the club and some work-from-home tasks such as telehealth follow-ups, client education, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, care planning, and safe administration of treatments.
• Knowledge of or strong interest in aesthetics, dermatology, longevity medicine, or wellness therapies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate and support clients with clarity and empathy.
• Commitment to infection control, safety standards, and accurate, compliant clinical documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site care in Kuta with remote tasks.
• Experience in a clinic, spa, or wellness setting is beneficial; prior aesthetic nursing experience is a plus.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and electronic health or client management systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an inclusive, client-centered team and maintain professional confidentiality.
