Registered Nurse - Care Navigation (Remote)

The Role Milu Health is seeking clinically experienced registered nurses to help patients get access to high quality healthcare options, close care gaps, and get help working their way through our healthcare system. The individual in this role will be responsible for interacting with patients, reviewing medical charts to identify quality improvement and cost-savings opportunities for patients and leveraging data to find high quality treatment options and supporting patients throughout their health journey (including answering patient inquiries, suggesting referrals, and conducting follow-up activities). Qualifications Excel at operating in a fast-paced, constantly changing startup environment. You take the ball on tough projects and drive them to completion. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Active Registered Nurse license Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing, or equivalent experience Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, diagnosis codes, and healthcare delivery processes Ability to multi-task effectively and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including data entry, documentation, and internet searches
