What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse, you will: Develop and maintain individualized care and treatment plans. Monitor medication administration and ensure accurate documentation and appropriate follow-up. Train and support direct-care staff in safe medication administration. Coordinate healthcare services, medical appointments, and follow-up care. Communicate and collaborate with healthcare providers, families, individuals, and support staff. Advocate for the health, dignity, independence, and quality of life of the people we support. Manage and maintain a consistent caseload while providing responsive, high-quality nursing support.
