While not required, experience or training in areas such as Couples Therapy, Art Therapy, Child and Youth Therapy, EMDR, and Structured CBT would be a strong asset. You want an entrepreneurial role and yearn for autonomy, but you aren’t interested in starting your own practice. You are content in your current role, but you’re open to a conversation about the potential offerings and possibilities BeWell could bring to your professional journey. What You Bring Fully registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers (OCSWSSW). Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5+ years working directly with clients Demonstrated understanding and ability to integrate client-centred care into clinical practice. Flexibility to adapt to and work effectively within a variety of situations, independently, and with various individuals or groups. Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity to generate new solutions. Commitment to service excellence, including continuing education and continuous quality improvement. Minimum of 3–4 days available per week, 24–30 hours Evening availability with at least 2 days per week available from 4 PM–8 PM Compensation BeWell Health Centers offer a range of competitive compensation consistent with your level of credentialing.
