Our State Farm agency is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual who wants to grow our agency through meaningful customer relationships. This position offers the opportunity to help customers with investment and financial planning services, as well as life and health insurance solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trust with others, has strong problem-solving skills, and is excited to develop their expertise in financial services and long-term financial strategies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct customer needs analyses and provide guidance on investment products and financial planning options Help customers understand and secure life and health insurance coverage that supports their financial goals Build strong relationships with customers through ongoing conversations and account reviews Maintain accurate records of transactions and customers interaction Maintain compliance with insurance and financial regulations Preferred Qualifications: Active Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain FINRA securities licenses (Series 6/63/65 or Series 7), or willingness to obtain Sales or customer service experience in financial services, insurance, or a related field is helpful Strong communication and relationship-building skills Motivated, coachable, and interested in long-term career growth in financial services Must reside in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri or Kansas If you’re someone who enjoys helping people make smart financial decisions and wants the opportunity to build and grow your skills, this could be a great career path within our agency.
