Joining CloserStill means being part of something bigger - not just building events, but creating opportunities, connections, and lasting value for the communities we serve.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
You're someone who owns platform performance end-to-end. You don't accept "that's just how it works" you audit it, challenge it, and push for better. You’re equally comfortable having a difficult conversation with a supplier about service failures as you are getting hands-on to resolve a technical issue. From time to time, this may mean supporting critical issues outside of normal working hours, particularly around key events and launches.
You understand registration as a customer touchpoint, not a back-office function. You're detail-focused but strategic ,you see patterns across the business and you make recommendations that stick. You enjoy solving problems that sit at the intersection of technology, vendor management and customer experience.

Manage relationships with external suppliers; challenge them on performance, capability, roadmaps, costs and value

Troubleshoot integration issues, data mapping and access problems
Work with suppliers to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly
Support event teams through setup, testing and go-live with clear escalation routes
Audit & Recommend
Conduct regular audits of registration and event technology across all portfolios
Assess customer journeys, platform performance, costs, risks, gaps and capability
Use audit findings to recommend improvements, consolidations, replacements or retention
Develop clear playbooks and standards that teams can adopt consistently
Drive Accountability
Monitor platform performance, recurring incidents, adoption and data quality
Turn learnings into supplier actions and service improvements
Make evidence-based recommendations to Product leadership on strategy and investment
