Summary: The Regulatory and Quality Assistant will provide advanced administrative support to the staff of the Regulatory and Quality teams including, but not limited to: Chief of Regulatory Affairs, Chief of Quality Affairs, Senior Regulatory Associate, and Quality Associate. Support the overall regulatory and quality efforts of the ACS by managing related administrative functions and taking on some substantive work as knowledge and expertise increase. Provide high-level customer service to ACS members. Contribute to overall administrative support for the Washington ACS office. This non-exempt position will report to the Chief of Regulatory Affairs in the Division of Advocacy and Health Policy. It is based in our Washington, D.C. office and is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office/2 days per week remote. The anticipated salary range for this position is $58,656 - $65,013 (on an hourly basis, commensurate with related experience). Required Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university is required. A minimum of one year of administrative experience working in an office environment is preferred. An interest in learning about healthcare policy is a plus. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
