Regulatory Compliance Analyst: Initially a contract role We are working with a Global Financial powerhouse building a new Cryptocurrency exchange and coins. As such we are looking for someone with strong payments and Crypto background to come onboard help us with our payment strategies Responsibilities: Assisting the Senior Manager in ensuring regulatory compliance framework is followed by the business Assist in applying for authorisation for securities / cryptoasset (‘virtual asset’) / payment services licenses across multiple jurisdictions e.g. US, Abu Dhabi, UK, Switzerland, Singapore, Japan and wherever else necessary in line with global expansion plans Good ability to draft requirements of payment service regulations (preferred) Strong stakeholder management skills in order to gather requirements for applying for payment services licenses (someone with payment service background preferred) Liaising with regulators Potential to manage other regulatory compliance analysts as the team grows Scanning for new regulatory developments and reporting them to the Senior Manager Helping the business prepare for supervisory visits from multiple regulators by conducting audit reviews of systems, policies, and controls to ensure they are effective.
