Regulatory Compliance Officer

ICONIC21 is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Officer to oversee day-to-day regulatory compliance across all licensed and target jurisdictions, ensuring the business meets regulatory requirements, maintains its licences, and remains prepared for market entry and regulatory change.

Responsibilities

• Track and meet all regulatory filing, reporting, renewal and notification deadlines.
• Manage key-person and suitability processes (background checks, disclosures, changes in officers or ownership).
• Draft and maintain policies and procedures, run the periodic review cycle.
• Handle regulator correspondence and information requests; prepare submission packs for external counsel.
• Support the AML/CFT framework: training, risk register, counterparty due diligence on operator clients.
• Monitor regulatory change and produce impact assessments.
• Support new licence applications and market-entry analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years in iGaming compliance, preferably B2B/supplier side or multi-jurisdiction.
• Working knowledge of at least two European gambling regimes, familiarity with AML and data protection law.
• Strong regulatory drafting in English, law or related degree preferred.
• Experience managing licence applications or regulator reviews end to end.
• Comfortable with document control.

• Direct involvement in the licensing process for Game content providers for the UK and US markets.
