Join our team as a Regulatory Processes Associate and support key product stewardship and regulatory compliance activities. In this role, you will maintain regulatory data and documentation, support operational processes, and help ensure products meet applicable regulations and quality standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to process excellence, continuous improvement, and the delivery of accurate, compliant, and high-quality regulatory services.
Key responsibilities :
1. Process Execution
- Perform assigned operational activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), work instructions, and established procedures.
- Complete tasks accurately and within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and quality standards.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and records.
- Escalate issues, deviations, risks, or process concerns to appropriate stakeholders.
2. Process Support
- Support the maintenance of process documentation, templates, and operational records.
- Participate in process reviews and improvement discussions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate observations to the team.
3. Collaboration
- Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members.
- Ensure appropriate task handover and business continuity during planned absences.
4. Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Follow applicable company policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Support achievement of team Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and service level expectations.
5. Role-Specific Activities
- Maintain and update the Raw Materials Safety Data Sheets (SDS) database and and other product-related regulatory and compliance documentation and data.
- Collaborate with Product Stewardship Operations, Procurement, Business Partners, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and IT and other stakeholders.
- Support Product Stewardship initiatives through data entry, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Generate, analyze, and archive reports; identify gaps or errors using company tools.
- Maintain awareness of applicable chemical regulations (e.g., REACH, CLP) and support cross-functional compliance efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Basic understanding of business processes.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment.
- Awareness of chemical regulations (e.g., REACH, CLP) related to assigned tasks.
