WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT The Pricing, Reimbursement & Access (PRA) team at Lilly Canada leads the development and execution of strategies to gain, improve and defend access to Lilly's medicines for patients across Canada. This includes public and private reimbursement submissions, provincial formulary listing, payer value propositions and contracting, and PMPRB pricing compliance. The PRA Intern will lead a cross-brand project to build an AI-enabled tracking and visualization tool for key PRA files, giving the team a clearer, real-time view of progress across products and improving coordination and execution across the portfolio, while gaining exposure across the broader market access process. Lead the design and build of an AI-enabled dashboard/tool to track and visualize the status of key PRA files (e.g., reimbursement submissions, PMPRB filings, payer negotiations) across multiple brands Partner with PRA Managers and Regional Access Managers to define the milestones, data inputs, and status categories needed to give an accurate, at-a-glance view of file progress Use AI tools to automate data consolidation, flag risks/delays, and surface insights that improve cross-brand coordination and prioritization Support development of payer materials (dossiers, education etc) and public/private payers Conduct competitive intelligence and landscape analysis for in-market and pipeline products to inform access strategy Collaborate with cross-functional partners (HEOR, Regulatory, Legal, Brand) to support delivery of key PRA projects and milestones WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Education and qualifications: currently enrolled in a Master of Biotechnology (MBiotech) or related graduate program Scientific or health sciences background with the learning agility to quickly understand complex therapeutic areas and reimbursement policy Genuine interest in health policy, market access, pricing, and the Canadian public/private drug reimbursement process Comfort with, or strong interest in, using AI and digital tools to build tracking dashboards, automate data consolidation, and visualize project status Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical and economic data for varied audiences Strong analytical skills, with comfort working with data reconciliation, timelines, and regulatory/guideline documents Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams Collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial approach to work, with strong project management skills to coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the business ADDITIONAL INFORMATION : Number of vacancies: 1 Start and end dates: January 4th, 2027 to December 23rd, 2027 Potential for an earlier start in December 2026 in a part-time and remote model for proactive onboarding, after which resuming to a full-time hybrid model January 2027.
