Reimbursement Account Manager – Allegiance Join Allegiance as a Reimbursement Account Manager, where you will serve as a trusted partner to clients and play a key role in delivering exceptional service, operational excellence, and long-term account success. In this role, you will manage strategic client relationships, drive retention and growth, and help clients maximize value through proactive consultation, performance insights, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day client relationships through a strong understanding of reimbursement, products, services, and client objectives. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and producers by providing proactive consultation, issue resolution, and service support. Lead execution of client requests including changes, product enhancements, new group implementations, terminations, and escalated issues. Coordinate and lead implementation activities, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned on timelines, deliverables, and quality expectations. Facilitate client-focused meetings that review operational performance, service outcomes, and opportunities for improvement. Analyze performance metrics and business results to identify opportunities that improve client satisfaction, profitability, and retention. Collaborate with Medical Account Executives and cross-functional partners to address service needs and strengthen client relationships. Leverage technology, reporting tools, and operational resources to anticipate client needs and deliver solutions proactively. Promote awareness of service offerings and identify opportunities that support account growth and long-term client value. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Experience in account management, client services, healthcare operations, or a related customer-facing environment. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization and build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong client-facing skills with a focus on service excellence and relationship management. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting healthcare, pharmacy, or benefit management clients. Experience managing implementations, operational performance reviews, or client retention initiatives. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint. Experience using CRM, reporting, or account management technologies. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 64,100 - 106,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
