About the Role
NOBZO is seeking a proactive Relationship Manager 1 (RM1) to support customer and agent acquisition and day-to-day relationship management within an assigned territory in Ibadan.
This is an entry-to-mid-level field role focused on building a strong local customer base under the guidance of the Business Development Manager (BDM) and senior Relationship Managers (RM2). The successful candidate will support customer acquisition, relationship management, field engagement, onboarding, and accurate reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND in a relevant discipline.
0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, relationship management, or field-based roles.
Entry-level candidates with strong potential and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Must reside in or be an indigene of Ibadan, Oyo State.
Good working knowledge of Ibadan’s towns, markets, communities, and transport routes.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Comfortable using smartphones, CRM platforms, and field applications.
Ability to maintain accurate records and submit timely activity reports.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
